autent is an independent, internationally active company with over 14 employees and seven locations in Germany and Europe. autent GmbH is divided into three business domains: commercial agency, services and quality services, as well as product engineering.

Technology is not an end in itself. Technology is conceived, produced and marketed by people for people. As an engineering company for the development of automotive parts, we see ourselves as an important interface. We represent developers and component suppliers who have made a name for themselves in all areas of the automotive industry, or who wish to do so. In so doing, we are not just an external distributing agency, but a partner who accompanies ideas, products and processes from the very first thought to their productive implementation, bringing together the interests of all those involved into an entirety.

Due to increasingly high competitive and cost pressure, the European automotive business has developed into a global industry. Exploiting its international contacts, Europe-wide locations and membership in the worldwide association Global Alliance Automotive, autent creates the necessary prerequisites and connections to turn this very development into an opportunity.

With a view towards the future, we would especially like to expand our services in the area of operative quality management. We envisage great potential in this field in future, particularly in Eastern Europe, where the automotive industry is growing rapidly and testing, sorting and reworking know-how is in demand.
